US Tech Sector ETF - QQQ or XLKS or IUIT

Any thoughts on which is best? They are all USD-denominated and expense ratios are not wildly dissimilar (range from 0.12% to 0.20%). Are fees the only factor I should look at in terms of choosing one?

QQQ is a bit more diversified from a sector perspective. It will include FB, GOOGL, AMZN, TSLA , MRNA etc whereas the TEch Sector ETFs will exclude these.

It really depends if you want pure Tech exposure (XLKS/IUIT) or a broader Tech exposure (QQQ)

Thank you that’s really helpful. Now I’m trying to choose between QQQ and the (currency) hedged version. Qqq is also a distribution etf - is there a way to request reinvestment instead?
