Well I wasn’t looking at it from a height perspective, I was looking at it as a top down view like on maps haha, but yes the stock markets a wonderful place

Least you’re only down a few hundred pounds :))), that’s like 4 takeaways

Another question, what if I have zero mobile data or signal etc will it still execute? Thanks

A limit order is a bit like a normal trade that is too far from the current execution price so it remains there waiting to be executed. A bit like saying to some one who is selling their house here’s my offer it’s not what you want right now but it’s on the table let me know if in the future if you change your mind.

NeilB explained it perfectly.

For the avoidance of doubt, as long as you have set the order and its confirmed then it is with the market already and not reliant on signal or your phone in any way.

Anything other than a possible? Would be useful to me. I would be able to sell more from my gia account and put into ISA.

Nice if it happened but have my doubts.

Feels like a big week for the markets.

Lots of negativity last week, with a small improvement on Friday.

Will we see a turnaround or are we headed for lower lows?

More buying opportunities as the market overreacts to events over the weekend.

Markets not responding to growing escalation in the Middle East.

I can’t remember in recent times where State conflicts have been this extreme
