I’m curious to know, which stock has everyone put the most into?
Msci world
My most significant investment is in myself. Apart from that, all my ISA is in: Vanguard Lifestrategy 100 Acc (not on freetrade)
My biggest stock on freetrade is Amazon, simply because I wanted to have one share of it - £1,000+. If all shares cost the same, I would probably have my biggest holding in Microsoft.
Currently Disney after it’s jump last week. See no reason to change, love the company and they’ll be around for the next 100 years, films they have are timeless.
Albemarle due to the gains
VWRL.
Individual stocks flick between Disney and Barclays
Apple for me.
Vanguard Ftse Global All Cap Index Accumulation for me.
Apple, held since Steve Jobs was alive. Then Google and Microsoft a distant second.
US Index ETFs would be my largest holding if they were combined into one stock.
Vanguard Developed World ETF (VEVE). Not currently on Freetrade
Then Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust (SMT).
OKTA for me.
Barclays? You don’t think that the challenger banks are a big threat to them?
No in a word. Too many old people in the UK with too much money.
Plus the challenger banks aren’t capitalised enough to offer the real cash in products like mortgages or loans, nor do they have the 20-40 year lifespan in loan book currently in operation. Barclays is the best placed of all the incumbent banks to survive the challenger uprising.
I was also lucky that I got them in the big dip this year.
I only stock pick for fun, so individually a stock makes up no more then 1% of my portfolio (bought cost) and in total my individual stocks add up to no more then 25% of my total portfolio.
ISF - FTSE 100 ETF is currently my largest holding. I will likely have a World ETF as the largest holding as my portfolio grows.
Freetrade =)
Biggest holding in my total portfolio is VWRL.
Biggest holding with Freetrade is VUCP.
Biggest holding in my portfolio is MSFT.
VWRL is the biggest in my portfolio
VWRL on Freetrade, Vang Lifestrategy 60 elsewhere
