I transferred money to you some hours ago and the funds are not showing as available. They left my bank account immediately. Can you please look in to this asap.
Bank transfers can take 2-4 working hours to reach your account and are processed between 8am and 8:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). After business hours, your transfer will be processed the next day.
Standing orders tend to take 2-3 working days to process as they require some manual intervention from FT side.
If you have notifications enabled, FT will send you a notification when your money is available in your account.
