Transferred Money into my account

Hi I’ve just transferred money from my bank using my reference number etc but noting is showing in my FREETRADE account can this take a few hours to even show in my account?

Between 2 and 4 hours when support are working (9am to 6 pm afaik)

Thanks just panicked a bit as nothing had showed up will get it a few hours appreciate it

Just so you know on Thursday I transferred some funds to my freetrade account around 1pm that didn’t appear till around 8pm that night. Unsure as to what the delay was, maybe with the way in which freetrade is growing the team are struggling with getting so many funds into so many peoples accounts as I believe this is a manual process. Don’t panic. It’ll get there
