I tried to move 432gbp to my bank from gia. It said it was unable to but check later if done. I have tried several times since then but it still has the money in gia, and not withdrawn. It now says unexpected error.

For this kind of issue I would reach to Freetrade in-app support. Otherwise check on the online knowledge base if you are missing something on your account setup, such as linked bank account.
I don’t think the community will be able to help you with this particular issue.
