Account Verification

I’ve been stuck with getting my account verified its been around a week since I emailed my documents and I have yet to hear anything back, I have tried deleting and redownloading the app but it still takes me to the same screen, any help would be appreciated massively.

Sorry to hear this. Normally this process is instant, but in rare cases, we have to verify new accounts manually for any number of technical reasons which can arise.
