Verification issue

Hi guys I’m wanting to get started but when signing into the app a few days ago it said they needed extra info to verify me, I uploaded the relevant documents two days ago and im yet to receive any information. How long could this take? I assumed it wouldn’t be longer than a few days. Can anyone clarify? Thanks in advance

It is seems like a problem involving your personal data so it is safer and more effective to contact Freetrade via the app (if that option is possible in your case) or at least via their website chat.

Their support team tend to resolve issues quite quickly during the day :slight_smile:
