Currently, I have noticed that my monthly PDF statements and the Activity Tab on my mobile app do not provide a complete picture of my account transactions.
Specifically, I would like to request that the following information be included:
All transactions: I would like to see a detailed list of all transactions, including debits, credits, buy, sell and any other account activity.
Cash Transfers between accounts: 
I often transfer funds between my accounts (currently manual request), and it would be helpful to see these transactions reflected in my statements and mobile app.
Credit to GIA account for incentives: 
Occasionally, I receive incentives or credits to my General Investment Account (GIA) for actions such as transferring ISA /SIPP from another provider. I would like to see these credits reflected in my statements and mobile app, along with the corresponding transfer that triggered the incentive.
For example, if I receive a credit for transferring 10,000 from another provider, I would like to see both the credit and the original transfer of 10,000 listed in my account activity. This will enable me to accurately track my GIA account balance and understand the transactions that led to the incentive credits.
Monthly or yearly fees: I would also like to see any monthly or yearly fees associated with my account clearly listed on my statements and mobile app.
If I do not hear back from you or see any progress on this matter, I will assume that Freetrade is not committed to providing me with the level of service and account management tools that I need, and I will begin exploring alternative options.
