I’m a shareholder and they have had a strong period of growth recently based on various developing commercial relationships. My feeling is that there is a lot of growth to come and will stay invested.
The hard figures of income, profit etc I imagine do not look great but future potential is strong. DYOR of course. They have a unique selling point amongst fuel cells of not requiring super high purity hydrogen and do not require PGMs.
Why is AFC slumping at the moment?
I had some in my LISA on AJ Bell and just sold out in the last 10 mins. It cost me £9.99 to sell them and it’s costing me another £9.99 to reinvest that money somewhere else.
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk on Why I Hate AJ Bell
I haven’t seen any news specific to AFC to cause the price drop. But a quick look at the related power companies suggest this general market is down today; Powerhouse -5.5%, ITM power -8.7%, Ceres -6.7%, AFC -7.7%.
I haven’t sold a share. Investing is a rollercoaster and AFC has a big future
No idea why it’s had it’s dip but here some more good news… I’m buying more
Jenson Button has announced a team, and will himself drive in Extreme E
Lewis Hamilton, Nico Rosberg and Jenson Button all to run their own teams.
Any ideas why this dip is holding?
All I can imagine is that it’s down to the craziness/uncertainty in the markets with the whole GME/ACM thing… hopefully a big bounce next week… I bought yet more on the dip today
Yeah looks like a general market dip. I have a range of shares from different sectors all a good bit down. Wish I had kept more cash for buying opportunities like this.
To be honest not being able to sell a load of my shares today was an absolute nightmare
Well that was a fun ride! Back to normality
Nice little jump we just had. Hope this is indicative to further spikes.
More from Jenson Button on electric motorsport
‘The future of motorsport will always be electric’ says Jenson Button
Welcome mate.
I think so. Maybe at some point F1 will convert to electric. The beautiful sound of a V10 engine will be so much missed.
Thanks pal, good to be here.
And yes, I find it very difficult to see anything other than electric motors being use in motorsport in the future. Especially with F1 having used hybrid for a number of years already. Seems as if this is a transition period
Big dip today
Everything is falling.
