I struggled to see the resemblance for a while.
I think it’s a very weak similarity if at all.
Colour, orientation, actual dynamics of the logo… all different.
I would say it is coincidence as they been around for a while and the sign is an F. I did think the same though when first seen it 
Fair enough - just seeing Freetrade in everything I guess 
it was the addition of the honey bit which made me notice.
