Is there a way to speak to FT over phone.
My wife tried to contact FT for many months now.
Last message from her was around two months back, and she is waiting for reply.
She asked to close account after refunding some money. But there has been no reply after that and she still getting email everymonth about missing or failed subscription charge on her card.
I believe this can be resolved if she can speak to FT once and for all. It has taken over 6 months for the whole thing and still going on.As Iβm the person that asked her to open this is causing lots of trouble to me.
Can anyone help?
