For some reason I cannot withdraw funds through the app… Anyone else having issues? Anyone know how to solve it?

Same issue on iOS, keeps telling me to link account and copy reference number which I completed when I funded the account. This only happens on my investment ISA, regular account works fine. Contacted in App recently but no response yet.
