App Suddenly Stopped Loading - Anyone?

I have the same problem.

If you go into the discover tab and search for your holdings you can view their current position and the sell/buy options are there, I haven’t tried to use them though.

Mine the same circle of doom, insight say all cash, but activity and account tabs fine

My app after putting in pass code goes to portfolio but just gives me the circle of doom, insights tab now says ive no shares its all cash, activity tab is fine and so is account tab
Anyone having the same problem today 7th june

Hi Smaj46… Yes we’re all in the same boat. Seems to be an issue for Android users who were holding BHP shares - Something to do with the Woodside Petroleum merger. Tech support are aware.

Also, I must have missed the announcement of the ā€˜Analyst Recommendations’ being added to the app but looking mostly good for my new shares :smiley:

I have experienced no issues on ios 15.5 today all seemed as normal.

Hi the new Analyst recommendations are not working on Apple devices, they flash up then disappear again, or is there something in the settings I need to change. Thanks Dave

Have you updated you app, I had to do it manually in the App Store

Hi Neil, yes I updated my app because I saw the above screen shot but it only flashes up for a second then disappears again on my iPad and nothing on my iPhone. It maybe a setting I need to change but I don’t know where it is. Regards Dave

Have you force closed the app (swipe up / double click home)?

It’s being rolled out so I’m guessing the engineers are watching closely when it doesn’t work.
