I wouldn’t sell for a quid either. I reckon once the investment platform is Live and most of the features on the roadmap are in the price will be much higher than that

Agreed. We’re at 50K user count. Probably 40K are real users with minimal marketing effort. Plenty of features to implement - European Markets, SIPP, JISA, more stocks, more funds.
As Jeff Bezos would put it

There’s been about a 10% gap between signups and customers from past numbers, so I would have it around 45k customers.
It’s always Day 1 @ Amazon.

Just testing the water here - I’ve got 1763 shares which I’d be willing to release for the right price. I’m not desperate to sell, but could potentially do with liquidising that investment.

According to Adam’s post on this forum a week ago, the pre-valuation for the last crowdfunding round was 95.6004p. The post-valuation would therefore, have been just over 104p (Raised £4,031,500 with 5039 investors).
Current share price would likely be around 110p-120p. I am willing to accept offers around this range, dependant on the number of shares bought.
Correction
The figures above were captured on the day that the last round ended from Crowdcube. Since then, it seems 215 people withdrew their investment totalling £238,090 if the stats on the Crowdcube page are now correct. I’ve added a screenshot to this post for info.
How do you work that out? The share price was 95.6p. but why would the post valuation change the share price? new shares were issued so share price shouldn’t have changed
