Is anyone having the same issue, you can put money in but you can’t take money out. Every time I try it just says unexpected error. I have contacted the support team who have not been able to support me at all.
restart the app, Verify your account, have full reception? this is the extent of their support. And despite doing all this they are literally just ignoring me now.
There is a pinned post with email addresses to contact support. They’re going through a large backlog due to a large increase in their user base. I appreciate that it sucks, but they’re “literally” ignoring most people right now. Patience and searching prior to posting is the key.

I am experiencing same problem. I can see my cash in my acc. but withdraw page shows 0.0 available cash. It is annoying…
i recently sold a few shares and waited until the cash had settled and gone into withdrawable when i click withdraw and type in the amount there is no button to proceed am i missing something?
Have you registered you bank account by doing a small top-up (eg. ÂŁ1) in the app first?
On my phone it’s behind the popup keyboard and I have to close that to see it
this was the issue for me, i had to go to settings on my phone and shrink the number pad to a smaller size
Do you have IOS or Android? could you provide me the model too?

By any chance do you get a notification or an email as to when your money has settled and is ready to withdraw?
no but from it settling to withdrawing it took from friday till friday so 7days before the money was in my bank
Would definitely be good to know when a sale settles via a notification
I keep getting an error when trying to withdrawal settled cash on my account. Anyone else having this issue? Worked fine in the past.
