Hi,about 4/5 days ago I put some money into the free trade app and it left my bank account but still hasn’t appeared in the app.I tried live chat on the app but no one has looked at my messages I’m guessing it’s a busy time.any help would be appreciated.
Did you forget to add the reference perhaps? I’m afraid you’ll need to wait for support to get back to you and it sounds like they are swamped at the moment.
Did you top up on Friday or over the weekend? As it takes 2-3 working hours to clear, so it should be arriving in your account soon

I think this is the problem unfortunately the gme situation has wiped out the live chat so I’m stuck in limbo at the moment.
You could try sending them a DM or tagging in the forum.
