There was nothing wrong with the old font, yet nothing right about the new font.

I get that they want to improve functionality of the app but now, it makes me not want to use it :confounded_face:

You guys wonā€™t listen they donā€™t care , strongly think there trying to force us to use there website, once 212 does a sipp and lifetime isa which they will but only god knows when Iā€™m moving all fund over would be nice to see 90% investments under one roof the dinosaurs seems to be winning me over also Robinhood would kill whatā€™s left of this foolish Freetrade

This new font is awful. Suspect it was done to fit in with the new IOS glass look. Please can the android userā€™s have our font back?

I wonder if IG are regretting their decision, they must be losing customers like crazy over the initial buyout and then this in close succession.

Hi all Iā€™m not liking the sound of this at all , not one positive comment . Iā€™m on iPhone and donā€™t automatically update so still not got the change . Just wondering if I donā€™t do an update then maybe I will be able to avoid the forced change .
Itā€™s another failure in the lack of communication as to what customers actually want . Freetrade listen to your customers after all you have nothing without them .

Now people donā€™t own a piece of this anymore I can only see them having a lot less patience with a rubbish product after an update..someone needs to pull their finger out and get things sorted.

Imagine you are at the start of your investment journey, you research and look at the many apps where you could place your hard earned cash. Why would you choose FT?
The app looks amateurish, the engineers are working on it sign is up again and its quite clear the customer base is less than happy.

I cannot even get access to my account. This is a disaster.

Update-- Ollie emailed me a fix and its worked im back on line. cleared cache then uninstalled and reinstalled and it seem to have worked.

Now it says my limit order is locked as it says to upgrade my plan, Iā€™m on the standard plan FFS. Is this a joke or something? Have FT been hacked? :rofl::joy:

What the hell! Like mentioned above, my buy and sell buttons no longer even work! Please just revert to the last major version and admit that this one is completely broken. Not being able to do the very basics on my account is unacceptable.
