I have a missing deposit from Wednesday and can’t get an answer through the chat function.

Does anyone have a contact number or way to discuss this with Freetrade?


There’s no contact number. Just be patient. As a post on the forum states, there’s a backlog. They’ll get to you when they get to you. As frustrating as that may be for you, posting here won’t help you or the :freetrade: team. Especially as your forum account isn’t linked to your :freetrade: account.
