Deposit not yet Received

I have transferred funds to my account 72hrs ago and they have still not arrived. I have contacted the chat helpline and through email but despite several attempts, I have received no response, does anyone have a contact number they can share, please. Many thanks

You can try email There is no phone number as all queries are dealt with through chat/email
Your money is not lost but may need to be manually added to your account by FT if certain details were not matched correctly.

I sent an email yesterday to this ID, I received an automated response, and no update still.

I transferred my money from my Personal account and I transferred via Real-time deposit.
