Money lost

I have tried to transfer money into my account - 400 in total which has come out of my bank account but still hasn’t been deposited into my free trade account. It has been 3 days now and there’s no sign of the money and no one is responding to my messages. How can I just get the money back?

It’s unlikely your money is lost but may be in queue which requires manual checks. you can try contact to raise a ticket.
