I have transferred money using the top up functionality in the freetrade app. The money has been take from my account. It’s been 5 days and still it’s not appeared my freetrade account. Any guidance or tips on what I should be doing ?? I’ve tried the chat functionality but no response from support.
Don’t worry, their support backlog was crazy last week but they will get to you. They don’t work weekends unfortunately.

Same for me, transferred, not arrived, raised support and nothing.
