I have topped up my account earlier today. It has now been 4-5 hours and there is no sign of my money. What is happening? And how am I supposed to contact Freetrade? I have been going around in circles on the app for ages.
Was this your first deposit? It seems that it’s not terribly unusual for there to be a delay in processing the first deposit from a customer as some manual intervention is sometimes needed on Freetrade’s part. You can chase it up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org

I guess you’ll have to wait for them to get back to you by email. Or by in-app chat if you have paid for a Plus account. There is no other way to reach customer service.
So you need to pay £10 a month to get to speak to customer services?
The message saying how busy they are is from the middle of February.
Yes. As far as I know, what they said in February about contacting them still applies.
