I made a bank transfer on the first, it’s been a week and there is no money on my freetrade account yet! I tried to reach someone via chat and no reply from anyone, they sent me a reminder on my email saying that I haven’t topped up my account, I replied to the email and guess what? No answer!

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your bank transfer and that your funds have not reached your account.
Usually, cash takes a couple of hours to arrive.
Very occasionally, and unfortunately, there can be a delay in cash reaching your account, for a variety of reasons.
