Deposited over a month ago using my bank account. Never came in I contacted freetrade staff and have continuosly been sent from one to another for the last 3 weeks saying it will be sorted in a maximum of 10 days. 20 days later still nothing solved. £50 in transfer never came into account plus over £300 in account which I cannot withdraw as my initial bank deposit has not came through. Really wish I could get some help on this.
You’ll want to email the money@ email address. They will have your money but first time around have to match it up manually. After that it should take 0.5-4 hours.
As mentioned definitely email money@freetrade.io but given the time period, I think it might be best to flag this to @Gemhappe or @ElisaE too.
