Has anyone actually had their account reactivated after it has been disabled ? Mine is disabled currently and I have been unable to get a decent response from Freetrade other than the ‘wider team ‘ is looking into it and will get back to me. its Day 3 now…
I had the same a few years ago, did a long, dragged out internal investigation (into where my money came from even though I proved from house sales) then closed my account with no explanation. Zero help from customer assistance, higher up the chain just ignored emails. Took my money to ETorro and haven’t looked back. Much better platform which pains me to say it as I have 36000+ shares in Freetrade, can’t wait for the EPO so I can walk away and stick finger up at them!
Its a big problem with any company that doesn’t have a phone line. These days I tend to avoid companies do not have human at the other end.
