I recently was notified of 2 dividend payments, how long does this usually take to reach the available balance, ive waited around 3 days now and still nothing, is this normal?

Often I receive the dividends before the notification comes through. If you’ve been notified then you should see dividend income in the activity tab. If you have an ISA then make sure you select the right account type to see the dividend.

I see the dividend payments in my Activity Tab, but as of yet this money is not in my Available balance, as stated it was a few days back now when i received the notifications, i dont see how live chat works in-app, it just says they run on intercom, which is a paid app? I have emailed them but they didnt answer my question properly.

Are you sure they haven’t been credited? If it’s small amounts and you still had some money in there, you sometimes don’t even realise. I’ve reinvested dividend money before it showed up in the activity feed and was contemplating if it had actually been credited multiple times (was always correct).

Thanks for your reply, i had only approx £4 in prior to these two dividends, one was for £35 and the other just short of £8 so i deffo would have noticed!

I would contact support, Usually I see the money appear in my account before I get the email and notification

I have tried, but to no avail, it would seem off these replys others have had their accounts credited without issue, i will contact them again and see where this ends up

There needs to be a filter or something in brackets next to the balance to indicate the dividend payments
I am currently in the same situation, I have had the email and payment is in activity. But the dividend has not actually been credited. For me its only around £2
