Do basic orders queue sales before buys?

Do basic orders queue sales before buys? ie: could @HenryL (see his question here) set up a basic order to do both on the same day and have both trades successfully execute? Or would he need to either additionally fund his account in case the buy went through before the sell, or use an instant trade, or sequence the trades on successive days?

While I am asking about orders, a different but possible related question: if I queue a sale of 1 AAPL at 4pm and Henry queues a buy of 1 AAPL, do you execute both trades or can you simply reassign my AAPL to him and avoid your transaction fees?

Having sell/buy chains would be cool but managing dependencies can get messy.

Presently you can only queue orders if you have the funds in the account.
