I referred a friend on the 25th of December 2022 and we’ve both went though all of the steps correctly to receive a free share. Unfortunately while my friend received their free share, my free share has been stuck on ‘Queued for award’ since then. I really like the functionality and UI of freetrade but this issue makes me have doubts over using the app for my investments. The in-app chat directs me to a bot response so I’m hoping I can get some help on this forum.
