Problem with Friend Referrals

Hi community,

I have had some complaints from my friends, stating that they have activated their accounts, signed the US waiver and topped up, but neither myself or my friends have received their ‘queued free share’ .
They are also still unable to share their own link.

I have seen this and verified they have done all the stwps, but still no luck.

I habe emailed the team, however 7days is a long time to wait for a reply.

Any advise on this, because I’m about to lose some free shares which is not ideal, but even worse still is that my friends will not trust my word again.

I have the same issue. I got a notification yesterday that my free share is available but i don’t have it in the portfolio. Tried to chat to CS but it says that chat is disabled due to high volume of enquiries…
