Hi, I was referred by a friend however neither of us have received our free share, its been over 2 weeks. Not really sure how to escalate this issue, any help would be appreciated

This won’t be anything anyone on the forum can help with, best to enquire using the in app chat function.
You’ll need to bear with them at the moment though while they work to clear the backlog from seeing nearly 25% new users join in the space of 3 days compared to the growth of the app over the last 2 years.
