Are they shut at weekends?
Give it a try. Sometimes they can respond quickly even at weekends. Lots going on at the moment with new users and migrating everyone to the new platform (behind the scenes so you won’t see any changesyoursrlf immediately)

I’ve asked for two referral links today and both provided within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service, even on a Sunday.

I’ll spare you the screenshot of the 33p share my referee was gifted back in the early days, before the £3 minimum was implement. A 12% hit on a £11 share still gives you 30x on a 33p share. I’d say you’ve done well. It’s all about perspective.

So I referred my 2 sisters to freetrade. 1 joined on the 9th Dec and the free share never queued which I didn’t think nothing of as it said 7-10 days, but the other joined on the 12th and the share got queued up instantly.
She said she done everything right but is there any way of finding out?

Hi I had a friend who used my free share link and I was expecting 2 shares as stated between the 22/2 and today, we both got 1 share could you please advise how we did not qualify.

From memory I think it said you receive the second 10 days / a week/ a month later. They wernt both at the same time
