I was referred to join Freetrade by a you tuber. I clicked on his link but did not receive a free share. I was also sent a message stating that if I opened an ISA by 18/4 I would get a free share worth at least £50. I did this and I have not had that free share either. Does anyone know how long this takes?
For the referral shares, Freetrade are saying they could take up to two weeks, see the FAQs on the first post on this thread: Dedicated channels and how we’re scaling support for you, 15th Feb 2021
For the ISA promotion, the advert for it said that the free shares will be allocated within 30 days of the promotion period ending, i.e. within 30 days of 18 April.
