Freeshare not received... downloaded-funded-bought - NOTHING

Hello,

So i referred my brother and my girlfriend. my brother set it up, funded, and bought shares, my account instantly said it had been done and I’d get my free share within 10 days. that happened perfectly.

done the exact same with my girlfriend - she set up, funded, bought shares. but it just says ‘’ your friend used your invite’’

even though im holding her phone right now and can see she has spent £12

why no free share? she’s pretty disappointed. ( me too lol)

this was about 2 weeks ago - still no change

The worst thing is I sent a message to support saying we’ve done everything including following link, fund the account, and sign US declaration.

They get back to me 4 days later (I’m a plus member) saying: “ have you funded your account and signed the US declaration?”

Nothing is even queued. It’s been about 2 weeks now
