Freetrade app data fetch issue

I’ve been having trouble with the Freetrade mobile app for the past two weeks. It keeps having login issues once in a while, and once I log in, the app seems to have problems fetching data, such as price updates, my cash breakdown, portfolio insight breakdown, etc.

I tried deleting the cache, clearing all data, and even re-downloading the app, only to run into the same problem.

Device used: Samsung S21 FE 5G
All apps and system software up to date.

EDIT: forgot to add that I keep my Freetrade app in the secure folder

Thanks for the info. If you drop customer service a quick email on hello@freetrade.io they’ll be able to get this logged and get all the information on your device to troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks for getting back to me! Funnily, I opened the app today and it works flawlessly…go figure

I’m not sure if I should email customer service at this point.
