I’ve installed the app on an ipad, and put some money into a general investment account. However when I press buy, nothing happens. Also I can’t add anything to the watchlist, and when I press Insights the app cuts out. It’s a new Ipad, so I was hoping the app would work well.

Which iPad? Is it the new ones with M1 chips? I don’t think M1 chips are supported yet.
Are you able to access Chat? If so, it’s worth raising it with the support.

Thanks - it’s the A12 Ipad (the cheapest new one). On the 2nd attempt I’ve installed the app on my seven year old ipad and it’s working fine. I’ve also had an email back from freetrade explaining that there is a “known bug issue”. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed soon…
