Where is the Freetrade Inbox?
Press your profile icon on top right.
Then its the envelope shape icon 4th down along right hand side.
For me anyway.
No envelope icon!
The only way I can get any messages is by going on “Contact us”
Im talking about the forum app.
On the investment app its the bell icon at the top. (For the 12 days of Christmas comp)
On the app the last item on the bell was 11th July!
Are you definitely on that latest version?
Last update was yesterday, always update as soon as available
I’m in the same position no mention of 12 days completion in my inbox, must have been missed off, but I was sent the email.
One last possibility, have you got all the preferences turned on in the communications section (inbox preferences)?
All preferences on. The Freetrade Web chat site gives access to an inbox that hasn’t received an email since July. The mobile app has no such inbox at all but there are inbox preferences in help and support! Very odd!!!

That’s brave, I would have waited till markets close today to take a guess in $KO.
I think there is some mechanism to avoid opening the message twice, which is not great .
I saw the notification, but had the app open. I have touched the notification the app didn’t show the message and it isn’t on the inbox either… only the yesterday’s about the competition. So the message is gone and I have no option to reopen.
