Hi, Just wondering if some of you guys could help as I cant seem to get through to the Freetrade customer service team.

I signed up recently and have referred 3 friends to the site but I’ve not received any free shares nor notifications they have registered is this normal? 1 of the 3 hasn’t fully deposited yet and this has made a pink text box on my end pop up saying 1 referee has yet to complete but nothing about the other two who 100% have.

Thanks in advance if anyone can advise that no notifications is normal.

I’ve tried to DM you but dont seem to have that option, I’m guessing it’s because I’m a new user to the community.

They don’t just need to top-up with money, they have to fill out the W-8BEN form (which is on the app). Basically you tick “yes” a few times and say you’re not American and you’re a UK taxpayer
