I’d love to be able to set certain conditions to place an automatic order. Similar to this idea. However, I would like to say if x drops by y% or £z then buy £z of it or sell y% of my holding.

There is no timeline for that yet, but it’ll probably be after ISAs and they’ve rolled out to more users.
