Hello is there anyway i can contact customer services in relation to SIPPs and account activity as i am looking to understand more about the account. I would greatly appreciate if i can get a contact number or a DM to take matters further. kind regards Jayp
Contact numbers don’t exist. This is a low-fee broker and you don’t get the same level of customer service you do at the likes of HL. You get what you pay for, as they say.
There are email addresses pinned someone on this forum for contacting them and there’s also in-app chat. You’ll find the latter via the little profile icon (top right) in the app. It’s right at the bottom of that section.
If you have general questions that aren’t on the FAQ you could see if the wisdom of crowd can help. There are a fair few knowledgeable people here
