I topped up funds to my account but still not received

I have transferred funds to my account 24 hrs ago and they have still not arrived on Freetrade account. I tried to send emails to hello@freetrade.io and money@freetrade.io but despite several attempts I have received no response, does anyone have a contact number or email address they can share please.
