While Iām in no particular rush, I do think it would be better not to say this week if itās not going to be this week.
Missing deadlines and then missing them again the following week isnāt a good look. would have been better to say over the next month
I have not been migrated over yet either, or if I have then not alerted about it. It could still happen this week. Think it was happening out of trading hours ( could be wrong though ).
On the plus side being one of the final people to migrate over means we have less chance of running into issues.

The vast majority of customers have now been upgraded.
If you received a message about an upgrade over the last few weeks, we were intending to upgrade you, but werenāt able to do so due to activity (e.g. queued orders, withdrawals, and more) making the upgrade a bit more complex to do.
We are now upgrading all remaining accounts!
What is a restricted upgrade? How does it affect the account being upgraded?

Iām a Freetrade R5 investor and user where my first ever investment was with Freetrade. I love the app and the community however there has been a decline in transparency lately where the cracks and pressure are showing within the company.
As a user I would appreciate and be more understanding if there were proper time frames to feature releases and changes rather than āsoonā, ānear futureā, etc. This, to me, doesnāt inspire confidence in the company given the lack of deliveries and excuses lately.
Regardless of how much I love the brand, Iāve already bought stocks on a different platform which serves my needs. The promises of the new batch of stocks and fractions being around the corner is rather disappointing for me as a customer and as an investor. I would rather be told it takes 6 months and you deliver in 4. Thatās my 2 cents anyway.
This is new; my account has no recent activity, im only chopping on my invested funds for month now, and nothing recently. If you count login in to account 5-8 times a day than Yes Iām a culpritā¦
Freetrade should expect unforeseen issues, with their deadlines and need more practical safety margin when issuing such promises.

I think I have been upgraded this week but I did not receive any message in the app. I bought some shares on Friday and the basic order went through at 15:00 and 15:01. Never happen this fast before. So I suppose I am on the new platform.
