Ah thanks, didn’t realise there was a fingerprint protection setting. Overlooked that.

Still, really have to couple it with a VPN. Proton is good, also has Proton Mail - military grade encrypted email.

I hate to be THAT guy, but is this still going on?

I’m asking as I was told a few months back that my account would be upgraded within a week and, having just made a deposit for the new ISA year, I’m noticing that it’s still taking several hours to arrive in my account.

It would be good to know whether there are still accounts that are still waiting to be upgraded.

The deposits can still take a few hours so it is likely that your account has been updated.

I asked end of February 2020 as I hadn’t heard anything and I was told all accounts had been migrated over to the new system.

Hey @MortimerJazz, just to confirm what @saf said: we upgraded all accounts.

Apple/Google Pay top-ups take seconds, and bank transfers have improved as well. We process them between 8am and 8:30pm, Monday to Friday. Ping the team through the app please if you wait for more than four hours on a business day!
