ISA account troubleshooting

Hi, I have opened a general investment account, but when I try to open an ISA account, it takes me to an error page with a balloon. I have raised this multiple times but the team takes me through the same routine of clearing the cache, storage, uninstalling and installing again. This has not resolved my problem. Tried through a different tablet and phone as well.
I am also unable to create an SIPP account or add a card to it.
The positive side is customer care are responding fast but I guess even they are not able to come up with a solution.
It’s a different person responding everytime and they stop responding once they are out of options.
I have heard only positive reviews about freetrade, and hence very much looking forward to use this app.
Kindly let me know if there is anything else I could do.

That’s really odd - I had an issue and they managed to reset my ‘open an ISA’ button.

This could be something for one of the FT team to jump in and help with. @sampoullain @mynameisgeraint @Charlotte @Alex_B @Doyin
