My partner is new to the Freetrade app and is all set up with an ISA, linked his bank account etc. He can top up his GIA no problem but he can’t top up his ISA. When he goes to try and top it up it doesn’t come up with any options, i.e via bank account or google pay, the pop-up is just blank. Mine doesnt have any issues. He’s on an iPhone. Is there a reason for this we’re missing please?
A few issues posted in the past:
Have they already opened and contributed to an ISA with another broker in the current financial year?
Have they previously closed their FT ISA and have now re-opened it?

Thanks, never had an ISA before and he hasn’t closed/reopened his FT ISA. His account was only opened yesterday but has all been approved.
