iShares rejected

Hello,
Has anyone else had problems with rejected sell orders?

For the last 3 days I’ve tried to sell shares in iShares physical gold and each day both instant and basic sell orders have been rejected.
The same has happened trying to sell iShares gold producers.

However this afternoon I sold a single share in United utilities as a trial, this completed first time. Leading me to believe there maybe a problem with selling iShares etf?

A member of the freetrade team has replied that there is a problem with the iShares provider.
