Issue with logging in

Earlier today I set up an account. Since then I’ve been unable to log in. Every time I try it directs me to what appears to be the registration process (passcode, name, address, and nationality) all over again and then resets the whole process. I even tried to uninstall and install the app but nothing works.

What can be done about this?

I have contacted them via email but the issue still persists :confused: although I am glad it is not “just me”. It seems that the company is overwhelmed at the moment.

You could try deleting the app data and cache through settings, or reinstalling the app.

Yeah, I’ve done that like 6 times already :sweat_smile: sadly it did not work yesterday or today.
