Last investment not updating overall account

My issue has been raised via chat function and I’ve been told they will pass it on to the technical team. However I want to post it here as well in case other people have the same or similar issues.

As you can see below my recent top of up shares for GGP hasn’t updated my investment panel however the overall (2nd screenshot) takes into account my whole sum in the account.

All the usual uninstall app, log out and log in, use mobile data and different wifi, etc haven’t worked.

Confidence in the product slowly drips with small things like these.
