Logged out and locked out

Help! So had my freetrade account for awhile, upgraded my phone, reinstalled the app but I can no longer access my account. The app just keeps wanting me to setup a new account

Why isn’t there an option to login with current account credentials

I have now mistakenly created a new account and no one is helping to resolve this

Check your emails, if you were directed to the sign-up flow then you must have used an email that is not registered, you need to find a Freetrade email from before you were “locked out” to an address which is registered, and use that to login.

You will need to ask FT support to delete the incorrectly-created account.
