Money Deposit

I’ve deposited £252 into my account, £250 via Apple Pay and £2 via Bank Transfer. The bank transfer amount has been deposited but not the Apple Pay amount. Emailed support twice and DMed them on Twitter twice but no response. Anyone had a similar issue and know a fix?

They have a dedicated email address for money related stuff, worth emailing there if you have not already

Beyond that, it’s just a case of sitting and waiting for a response…
